A new generation engineering college established in the year 2004, MRCE is affiliated to Maharashi Dayanand University (MDU), Rohtak, and approved by AICTE, Ministry of HRD, GoI

It has collaborations with renowned industry and research institutions in India and universities from Europe and USA. MRCE's new age courses encompass engineering, MBA, MCA and so forth

Applications are invited for 25% seats to be filled up at institute level and lapsed/vacant seats remaining out of the 75% seats to be filled up by Haryana state counseling society for the following programmes

Eligibility criteria

B.Tech (CSE-30 seats, ECE-30 seats, IT-30 seats, MECH-15 seats)- normal entry 4 year duration

Minimum 65% marks in aggregate in 10+2/senior secondary examination with pass in English, Physics and Mathematics and any of the subjects out of Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology and Computer Science

B.Tech (CSE-3 seats, ECE-3 seats, IT-3 seats, MECH-2 seats)- Lateral entry 3 year duration

Minimum 60% marks in aggregate in Diploma in Engineering in any branch from state board of technical education, Haryana or its equivalent diploma examination or 60% marks in B.Sc with PCM

Master of Business Administration (MBA-15 seats)-2 year duration

50% marks in aggregate in any discipline in graduation/post graduation or have passed the final examination conducted by the institute of Chartered Accountants of India/Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India/Institute of Company Secretaries of India

Master of Computer Application (MCA-15 seats)-3 year duration

50% marks in aggregate in any discipline in graduation with pass marks in mathematics either at graduation level or 10+2 level or BCA/BBA/B.Com

Preparation of merit list

B.Tech (normal entry): Admission on the basis of merit in AIEEE-2010 (1st preference) and qualifying examination (2nd preference)

B.Tech (lateral entry): Admission on the basis of merit in DET (L)-2010 conducted by Haryana state counseling society (1st preference) and qualifying examination (2nd preference)

MCA: Admission on the basis of merit in OLET-MCA-2010 conducted by Haryana state counseling society (1st preference) and qualifying examination (2nd preference)

MBA: Admission shall be made on the basis of valid MAT score as first preference and merit in qualifying exam as 2nd preference, if seats remain vacant. Valid MAT score is the score given by AIMA in the exams conducted in September 2009, December 2009, February 2010 and May 2010

Application may be submitted online only at college website www.mrce.ac.in at the link admissions. Admission brochure along with a scratch card giving a unique number is available @ Rs 1200/- from different branches of Axis bank, MRCE campus, administrative headquarters and city centres at Patna, Ranchi, Kolkata, Guwahati, Ludhiana and Jammu

Online application can also be submitted by making payment through credit/debit card
